Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I start driving with Gomo?
First, go to your Settings Page and only enable the apps that you drive for. At the beginning of your day, open each driver application in the Gomo Slider to assure you are able to drive for each company (updating driver documents, notifications, etc.) Press the Start Driving button at the top of the Gomo Slider to start the automation process. If you don't go online here, automation will not work as Gomo remains offline. Allow for Gomo to take you online on all of your apps. At the end of your day, press the Stop Driving button, and Gomo will take you offline on each app systematically.
