How do I start driving with Gomo?First, go to your Settings Page and only enable the apps that you drive for. At the beginning of your day, open each driver application in the Gomo Slider to assure you are able to drive for each company (updating driver documents, notifications, etc.) Press the Start Driving button at the top of the Gomo Slider to start the automation process. If you don't go online here, automation will not work as Gomo remains offline. Allow for Gomo to take you online on all of your apps. At the end of your day, press the Stop Driving button, and Gomo will take you offline on each app systematically.

What kind of phones support Gomo?Gomo only works on Android devices with operating system 8.1.0 or higher and at least 3GB of RAM.

Will Gomo affect my acceptance rating?Nope! Gomo automates any app switching you would otherwise be doing manually. We don't automatically accept rides for you, so if on the rare occasion two rides come in at the same time, you always have the choice to accept which ride you want. Once you choose which ride to accept, we’ll turn off the other one for you.

When do I get paid?Gomo processes payments every Friday for the previous week (Friday–Thursday). It may take up to 2 business days for funds to appear in your bank account. Please note that Sundays are not business days, and some banks do not consider Saturdays to be business days.

Quick Start Guide
Create Account
1. When you create an account for the first time, you’ll first be asked for your name, phone number, and email. When you create a password, please make sure that it is at least 6 characters long. If you are a rideshare driver and work for Uber (NOT UberEats), Lyft, or Via, select yes. If you have a referral code, enter it here. If you don’t have one, you can skip this step. Press “SEND TEXT VERIFICATION” to move on to the next step.
2. You should receive a text message (SMS) with a 6-digit code. Please enter this code on the next screen. Press “CONTINUE TO GOMO” to move on to the next step.
3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4. Next, select your vehicle type from the dropdown menu. If your vehicle type is not listed, please select whichever is closest to your vehicle type. Examples of each type are shown below:
- Sedan (ex. Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry, Volkswagen Passat, Hyundai Sonata)
- SUV/Van (ex. Honda Odyssey, Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota RAV4, Chevrolet Suburban, Ford Transit)
- Truck (ex. RAM 1500, Ford F-150, Mercedes-Benz Metris, Chevrolet Silverado, Nissan Titan)
- Bicycle (ex. manual or electric bicycle)
Examples of vehicles that Gomo does NOT accept:
- skateboards
- electric wheelchairs
- hover boards
- roller skates
- no vehicle (on-foot delivery)
5. Enter your personal information. If you selected a car on the previous page, you are required to provide your Driver's License Number. If you selected bicycle, you have a choice of entering a Driver's License Number, Non-Driver ID Number, or Passport Number. Next, enter your Social Security Number. If you don't have one, you can use your taxpayer ID instead.
6. Upload a picture of each side of your Driver's License or Non-Driver photo ID. If you are using your passport, take a picture of the photo page.
7. Next, connect your payment information via Stripe. If you decide to finish this step later, you can find it in your settings page. Otherwise, you're almost done!
App Permissions
1. To set up app permissions, press the “ENABLE” button at the bottom of your screen.
2. On the next screen, press the toggle to turn on app permissions. This allows Gomo to be shown on top of other applications.
3. When the toggle is turned on, press the back button on your device to return to Gomo.
*Please note: This may look slightly different depending on your device, but the flow should look something like this:
Settings >> Search "Gomo" >> Scroll down to "Advanced" >> Draw over other apps >> witch the toggle to "on"
Accessibility Services (for Rideshare Drivers Only)
1. You're almost done! To turn on Gomo accessibility services, press the “ENABLE” button at the bottom of your screen.
2. On the next screen, scroll down until you see the name “Gomo” and press to open.
3. Press the toggle to turn on accessibility services. This allows Gomo to access your device.
4. When the toggle is turned on, press the back button on your device two times to return to Gomo.
*Please note: This may look slightly different depending on your device, but the flow should look something like this:
Settings >> Search "Accessibility" >> Scroll down to Gomo (Gomo may be listed under Installed Services) >> Switch the toggle to "on" >> Press your device's back button to return to Gomo
Final Steps
1. When asked to allow Gomo access to your device’s location, press “ALLOW.”
2. When asked to allow Gomo to access photos, media, and files on your device, press “ALLOW.”
That’s it! Welcome to Gomo!
