Gomo* (the “Company”) may request background information about you from an investigative consumer reporting agency in connection with your employment application and the information may be used for employment, promotion, retention, or reassignment for employment purposes. The report ordered is defined by the Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (ICRAA) as an“investigative consumer report.” These reports may contain information about your character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living. They may involve personal interviews with sources such as your neighbors, friends or associates. The reports may also contain information about you relating to your criminal history, credit history, driving and/or motor vehicle records, education or employment history, or other background checks.
